Too long...

It's been far too long since my last blog post, and I apologize for that!  I haven't been scrapping so much as designing lately.  :)  But, tonight I got the chance to scrap a page.  Credit for the kit goes to LBCreations - Designs by Babette.  She's a remarkable designer.  This kit is titled God's Presence.  :)

 

The Eyes of a Child

Hey Everyone!

No scrap pages to share this time, but I wanted to share a funny story.  Paige (3yo in September) was playing with a little football that her Grammy-Poo and Grampa-Grampa sent her.  I asked if she wanted to play football, and she told me, "NO FOOT! ELBOW!"  I told her it was called a football, and she bent her arm and pointed her elbow at me, then turned the football so I was looking at the pointy end.  Sure enough... it looks like an elbow.  So, we now play "elbowball" at our home.  Ahhh... life through the eyes of a child.  :D

Vacation

Well, due to my computer blowing up, I wasn't able to complete the scrap challenge on Scrapping Twisters. However, I have joined the June challenge on their new group... Scrapping Twisted Challenges. :) This month's theme is "Templates". They tell us what template to use, and then give us a theme to use for that page. The first one this month was "Friends" or "Grandparents" or "Vacation". I chose Vacation so that I could FINALLY do up the pages from my trip to California... two years ago! I'm very happy with the results...
